Etxebarri

Etxebarri is a table knife designed for Asador Etxebarri in collaboration with UTSET 1894 and COMAS.
It embraces and expands the concept of eating meat as a celebration, which we previously explored
when designing the Everest set.
The knifeās design language stands out for its sharp shapes and an iconic, recognizable silhouette.
Its structure consists of a steel sandwich with Bog Oak handles, a wood that is thousands of years old,
preserved and hardened by being submerged in mud.
In 2024, Etxebarri was named the second-best restaurant in the world by The World’s 50 Best,
and it is a privilege to be part of its environment.
